Can you embed a chatbot on multiple websites?

Yes, you can add a chatbot to as many websites as you want, allowing visitors to interact with it on any of your sites.

Is there a free plan or a free trial?

Yes, we do offer a free limited Lite plan for testing. However, you can also try any plan with a 14-day free trial.

Is there a demo that I can try?

Yes, you can try the demo at Bexy AI Demo. The demo bot is trained on the content of the Bexy AI website, so you can ask it questions about Bexy AI. Additionally, you can sign up for a 14-day free trial to test everything with your own data.

Are there limits on the number of messages that can be sent?

Yes, there are limits based on the pricing plans. However, only bot replies count towards the plan quota. (AI Replies). Check the pricing details for specific AI Replies limits.

Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds due to the nature of our product and its reliance on multiple third-party API services. We recommend using the 14-day free trial to fully assess Bexy AI before committing to a paid plan.

What happens if I cancel during the trial?

If you cancel during the 14-day free trial, you will not be charged. Your account will simply expire at the end of the trial period.

Can I cancel at any time after subscribing?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to Bexy AI will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your account will be deactivated.

What are the billing cycles for paid plans?

Billing cycles depend on the plan you choose. You can opt for monthly or annual billing, and the service will continue until the end of the paid period if you cancel.

Will my data be saved if I cancel my subscription?

Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days. You can export your data before cancellation if needed.

How do I restart my subscription?

To restart your subscription, log in to your Bexy AI account and choose your preferred plan. You will be billed according to the new plan's terms.

What is considered a Data Object?

A Data Object refers to any piece of information processed by our AI to enhance your business operations. This includes products, pages, and collections that are synced automatically from your connected shop platform, as well as links, FAQs, and documents that you manually add or upload. Each Data Object contributes to your total usage, helping the AI deliver accurate and personalized responses to your customers.

Can I add text content to train the chatbot if I don't have web pages to scrape or files to upload?

Yes, you're able to enter raw text content as training data.

Is there a demo that I can try?

Yes, you can go to bexy.ai/demo and try out the demo. The demo bot you see on bexy.ai/demo is trained on a demo Shopify store. You can see how the chatbot can answer questions about store policies, recommend products as well as add products to the cart on your behalf. You can also try the chatbot on this site, at the bottom right corner. The chatbot is trained on bexy.ai website content itself. So you can ask any questions related to bexy.ai website in that demo bot and it will answer it. You can also sign up for a 14-day free trial and try out everything on your own data.

What type of content can we use to train the chatbot?

You can use any type of content to train the chatbot. The more content you provide, the better the chatbot will be able to answer the questions. Supported e-commerce platforms will be automatically imported and trained on and synced. You can add more content by uploading files, adding custom links or FAQs. You can also connect your favorite cloud storage providers and transfer files directly from there.

Do you retrain the chatbot automatically when the website content changes?

For connected e-commerce platforms, the process is automated. Your shop pages, collections and products will automatically be synced and trained on whenever your content changes. However, for manually submitted links that are crawled by our system, you have to go to the dashboard and click on the Crawl Again button to re-crawl and retrain the chatbot. We are working on automating this process and do it periodically.

Can I upload files to train the chatbot?

Yes, you can upload CSV, TXT, PDF, DOCX, PPTX, and MD files to train the chatbot. There is no limit to the number of files you can upload, as they are deleted immediately after training. However, the data objects used for training count towards the limits based on your subscription plan.

Some of my files are larger than 10 MB. What do I do?

Please contact us. We will figure out a way for you to upload those files.

How do I add the chatbot to my website?

For Shopify Sales Assistant chatbots, the process is automated. Simply go to the chatbot settings and turn on the Publish to store toggle at the top right. Give it a couple of seconds and the chatbot should appear on your storefront after refreshing the page.

For other chatbot types, each chatbot gets its own unique url, you can embed the chatbot on any site via the embed code we provide within the chatbot settings, under the Embed section. You can even directly link to the chatbot from your site.

How to further train your chatbot?

You can train the chatbot by adding a custom website links, a sitemap link, upload files, add FAQs. You can just enter a URL and the chatbot will be trained on all the content present on that URL. You can also upload CSV/TXT/PDF/DOCX/PPTX/MD files to train the chatbots.

Bexy AI uses GPT-4 API to provide you the best quality for your customer support experience. We automatically use the latest GPT models that Open AI offers.

How does it integrate with other chat providers like Crisp, Intercom etc?

At the moment, Bexy AI has integrations with chat Messenger and Slack. We are constantly adding more and more integrations. If you want to request a custom integration, we are open to building it too. Please reach out to us to discuss further.

What is considered as a "message"?

Both the user message and the bot-generated reply are counted separately as messages. For instance, if the user sends a message to the bot and the bot replies, it is counted as two messages.

However, billing plan quotas only count bot messages (AI replies).

Does it integrate with ticketing platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Hubspot etc?

Will I be able to see the chats/interactions that users have with my chatbots?

Yes, you have full access to the chat history of all interactions with your chatbots. You can review every conversation. We also generate an AI generated summary for each conversation. In the future, we plan to automatically generate insights from your chatbot interactions, such as frequently asked questions and instances where the chatbot was unable to provide satisfactory answers.

Can I customize the chatbot?

Absolutely! You can personalize various aspects of the chatbot, including its color, icon, name, and quick prompts, AI personality and much more! Nearly every visible element of the chatbot can be customized to suit your preferences.

Do you store the chatbot messages?

Yes, we store all questions asked by visitors and the corresponding replies from the chatbot. This chat history is available to the chatbot owner through the dashboard. You can view all user interactions from the dashboard. We do not store any other visitor information besides the questions and chatbot responses.

Can the chatbot work on non-English websites?

Yes, the chatbot can be integrated with websites in any language. It can respond to questions in various languages and also handle queries asked in different languages, providing answers accordingly. It supports over 95 languages.
